During my family stay for four nights, we had a decent time overall. The breakfast was a standout, with omelettes and home fries that were consistently well-stocked and delicious. Unfortunately, we encountered some issues, like central restrooms that didn't work, and only one elevator was operational, making it a bit inconvenient. One morning, we found our original room had been given away, which forced us into a different room. That said, the staff was accommodating in handling these challenges.

Would recommend for a short stayover

Clean room, friendly staff, with a convenient location just 21 km from the nearest airport making it easy to explore local attractions, and a relaxing indoor swimming pool perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing.

The breakfast had a great variety, including fresh pastries. However, check-in was frustrating with a rude front desk attendant.

Staff professionalism needs significant improvement!!! Room cleanliness is inconsistent, with issues like dusty towel racks and peeling wallpaper that contribute to a neglectful appearance!!! Noise from other guests can be quite disruptive!!!

I stayed in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds for 3 nights. The beds were super comfy, which really made a difference. I loved having an actual fridge and microwave, and the shower was great too! It was clean and spacious enough, but I did notice some peeling paint on the ceiling. Luckily, the breakfast was a highlight—lots of options and delicious Texas-shaped waffles! Just a heads up, some sketchy folks were hanging around outside at night. Overall, a solid place to stay, especially for the price and location near Lackland.

Had a great time with friends! The breakfast options were a hit, and the clean indoor pool was perfect after our visits to SeaWorld and the nearby theme parks. The staff was friendly, and the parking was hassle-free. Rooms were spacious and offered a bit of privacy, which was nice for our group.

The AC in our room took a while to cool down, which made it a bit uncomfortable during the first night until it got going.

The location was great, especially being close to Sea World, and I appreciated the well-stocked breakfast options, including hot items like sausages and eggs. The online check-in was convenient, and I was offered an extra hour for checkout, which was a nice touch. However, there were some maintenance issues like slow shower drainage and worn-out bedside outlets that need addressing.

the hampton inn was great! most staff were super friendly and helpful. breakfast had tasty options, and i loved the real-size toiletries they provided. it was easy to access everything nearby, which was a big plus during our stay. Tina in the breakfast area truly stood out. she took such great care in keeping it clean and made everyone feel at home with her warmth.
